Follow signs to South West and stay on the M5 until you reach the A30, carry on the A30 and pass signs for okehampton and Bodmin. Eventually you will see signs for Perranporth B3285.
Train services run regularly to either Newquay or Truro, you can then either get a taxi or bus to Perranporth.
