Rose-In-Vale
Our table is reserved for you in the Valley Restaurant, with a new varied menu every day you are assured of an excellent selection, and an interesting selection of wines. We have a policy of choosing locally produced foods whenever we can - fresh vegetables and meats from local farms, and other products from local sources. Fish and seafood are always special to the Rose-in-Vale and are often an addition to the normal menu each evening as the fresh catches are delivered. Vegetarian and special diets are easily catered for.
It is not just marvelous food and wine which go to make up a good dining experience. The Valley Restaurant enhances the ambience of the evening with its sweeping bay windows dressed in soft drapes, overlooking rose beds and lawns to wooded slopes beyond, candlelight after dark, fresh flowers and attentive service.
