Beachside
Beachside is one of the oldest houses in Perranporth, built in 1860, it's full of character, with thick walls and beamed ceilings. Beachside sleeps 10/12 (5 bedrooms) and is very conveniently situated down a quiet side road just off the main street. It is a matter of just a few minutes flat walk to the village centre. The fantastic beach and sand and dunes are just a stones throw away via private access.
Please note that there is low headroom to stairways and through the lobby to the kitchen. There is central heating throughout
Situated right in the centre of Perranporth, just a 2 minutes flat walk down a private path to what can only be described as one of the best beaches in Cornwall. It offers excellent surfing, miles of golden sand and very high sand dunes. There is a lifeguard service during the summer months. Beautiful walks direct from the cottage across high cliffs and rolling dunes. The village centre is again just a short flat walk and offers a wide choice of services. Several restaurants, tea rooms, take-aways and pubs. There are a wide variety of shops and Perranporth has its own golf course which is excellent and very popular.
Nearby the major resort of Newquay is just a 20 minute drive. This is Cornwall's premier resort and offers a very wide range of attractions. Cornwall is famous for its numerous little coves and varied selection of country pubs for that quiet evening meal. Nowhere is far in Cornwall, most places can be reached within an hour and a lot can be reached in far less time.

Ground floor: Kitchen with electric double oven, combi microwave, fridge/freezer and gas hob, breakfast bar. Shower room. Cloakroom. Snug with TV and bed settee. Dining Hall with table & chairs, music centre. Sun lounge with further table & chairs comfy sofa and TV. Double bedroom with TV.
First floor: Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6" double and single hideaway bed. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft beds, TV & video. Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin & WC. Bedroom 3 has single 3ft bed.
Second floor: attic room with twin bed and view of beach from side window.
