This contemporary, self catering, holiday cottage has been created out of a Grade II listed, three storey fishing loft, moments to the Harbour in the scenic fishing village of Mevagissey. Great for family get togethers / large family holidays.
The cottage is centrally located on the Cornish South Coast and close to both Eden / Heligan gardens.
The holiday cottage has been refurbished in 2008 and caters to your every need. The scenic harbour is virtually on your door step - with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Just step out of the front door (or open your balcony) to experience the atmosphere of this unique location.
In the narrow streets of Mevagissey leading off the harbour, craft workshops sit side-by-side with shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs which were once the haunts of Cornish smugglers!
Mevagissey is the largest working fishing port in the Bay. Cob cottages spill down to the harbour walls from the valley making for a picturesque destination.
PENHALE HOUSE:
Penhale House, self catering, holiday let is found just 100 yards from the miles of golden sands of Perranporth Beach. This luxury, holiday, seaside house has a prime situation - overlooking /close to the beach, sea and town - whilst being situated at the end of a private road. The House is an ideal holiday location, whatever the time of year, as it is centrally situated to access the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer including beaches, golf, gardens, art galleries, museums, wildlife parks, theme parks, watersports etc. Whatever the weather - various entertainment options can be found in the house or the surrounding area.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 in comfort; 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower over and 2 separate shower rooms; an open plan dining room and newly fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor; sitting room on the first floor with balcony and a further lounge on the second floor.
The house has a front decked area and terraces with hot tub.
