The TV has freeview play with a DVD / Blu-ray player, and an electric fire in addition to the electric wall heaters keep the apartment cosy on chillier days.

The main bedroom has a double bed (4'6"), wardrobe which houses the iron and ironing board , storage and a wall mounted TV with inbuilt DVD player and freeview. Bedroom two is furnished with twin single beds (3'), and benefits from a lovely large window which lets in lots of light. The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a white suite comprising a shower over the bath, WC and basin, and a heater and extractor fan are fitted. A drying rack over the bath provides an ideal place to hang wetsuits after a day at the beach.

Freshly decorated throughout, the apartment is bright, light and modern, with excellent energy efficiency. Electric programmable heaters are fitted throughout the property and the electricity is operated by a coin meter (£1 and £2 coins).
