19/03/2018 - Zumba

Zumba every Monday evening at Perranporth Memorial Hall 6-7pm

For more information please contact 07752974771.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Benefits - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

'Healthy Living in Your Community' Perranorth Memorail Hall, Monday March 19th, 2pm -5pm We very much welcome as many of you as possible, young and not so young, to come along and find out what help and support is available in our communities and Cornwall, and to ask the representatives responsible for helping to reorganise our health services in Cornwall just what is going on -What is an STP or an ACS?

Local groups will be participating to encourage people to join, volunteer, have a go at something, even start your own group or activity.

Many of us need to be encouraged to take more responsibility for our own health and wellbeing, and to be made aware that perhaps we can also help others live healthier lives.'
