We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Stithians Show  is the largest one day Agricultural Show in Cornwall and one of the largest in the Country.

The Show is far more than an agricultural show, with livestock ranging from cage birds, through dogs and dog agility, to cattle and horses. There is a substantial Horticultural marquee as well as the Arts, Crafts and Cookery section.
