We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Benefits - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
The famous Flora Day celebration is believed to be pre-Christian and at one time during the Victorian era was banned as being "a drunken revelry." Dancing begins at 7am. A great family day out.

held at the Perranporth Memorial Hall on 23rd May 2018- Our next production will be Otto Nicolai's comic masterpiece The Merry Wives of Windsor. This wonderful opera has charmed audiences since its premier in 1849. Based on Shakespeare, it's larger-than-life central figure is the absurd Sir John Falstaff, roundly humiliated by the cunning wives of the title. It abounds in lyrical melodies (which you will probably recognise) and in fairy magic not so far from A Midsummer Nights Dream. Catch it if you can!
