The main bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower above, basin and WC, and is fully tiled.
The floors are laid with wood style flooring throughout, and spotlights provide discreet and contemporary lighting. Dominating the open plan kitchen / living room is the spectacular view from large windows and doors onto the glass fronted balcony. Furnished with a bistro table and two chairs, the curved balcony offers what must be one of the best views in Perranporth, with an uninterrupted vista across the beach. This view can also be enjoyed when the balcony doors are closed, from the leather corner sofa in the sitting room, and a coffee table, TV and DVD player make this a comfortable space to relax in.
